All orders are placed by messaging us directly on WhatsApp after browsing our website. Our website does not process online payments — order confirmation, pricing, and payment details are finalised over WhatsApp chat with our team.
Prices displayed on the website are indicative wholesale-linked rates and may vary slightly based on live gold/silver rates at the time of order confirmation. Final pricing will always be confirmed with you before you make payment.
We welcome both single-piece retail purchases and bulk/wholesale orders. Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities, where applicable, will be shared directly over WhatsApp based on your requirement.
All jewellery is subject to availability. If an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will inform you and offer an alternative or a full refund of any advance paid.
